Listing Fees
Private sellers get up to 150 free listings every month. Once the free quota is exceeded, each additional listing costs €0.35. The fee is charged only once when creating the original listing (with exceptions for automatically relisted auctions and never-ending listings).
Final Value Fee (Private Sellers)
When your item sells, eBay charges a final value fee based on the total sale amount:
- 5% of the total sale amount up to €2,000
- 2% of the amount above €2,000
- + €0.35 fixed fee per order
The total sale amount includes the item price, packaging, shipping costs paid by the buyer, VAT, and any other applicable taxes.

Regulatory Operating Fee
eBay charges a 0.43% regulatory operating fee on the total sale amount. This fee covers compliance with local regulations and is automatically deducted when a sale is completed.
International & Currency Conversion Fees
If your registered address is in Italy and the buyer’s delivery address is outside the Eurozone or Sweden, the following international fees apply:

- Very High “Item Not as Described” requests – May incur an additional +4% in affected categories.
